design consultation
every strawberry maple project begins with a design consultation.
this is where we explore the creative direction for your project and how the space can be designed to create a cohesive atmosphere.
following the consultation, a curated design concept and proposal are developed.
the consultation fee of £195 is fully deducted from the final booking should you choose to proceed.
proposal & booking
following the design consultation, a detailed proposal will be prepared outlining the creative concept, scope of work, and investment for your project.
if you’re happy to proceed, a digital agreement and invoice will be issued through our online system.
all contracts are reviewed and signed electronically, and payments can be made securely by card.
to confirm your booking and secure the date, a 10% booking payment is required.
the remaining balance is due 10 weeks prior to the event, allowing ample time for final preparations and production.
